Welcome to our honeymoon-style couple's cabin, the Mini Marshmallow! This modern farmhouse-style luxury cabin sits on nearly 1.25 acres and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The spacious, open floor plan has floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and master bedroom flooding the cabin with natural light and views from every room of the property's beautiful 80-ft tall pine trees. This cabin is perfect for a couple or small family wanting a relaxing getaway at nearby Broken Bow Lake or just looking to spend some quality time together at the cabin. Conveniently located a short 5-minute drive from popular restaurants, wineries, and breweries!
Kitchen/Dining: Kitchen features a stove, oven, Keurig K-cup coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools. Dining table seats 4 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island breakfast bar.
Living (sleeps 2): Queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, pass-thru gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, laundry closet.
Master Bedroom (sleeps 2): King bed, 2 nightstands, closet, Smart HDTV, pass-thru gas fireplace, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, spacious walk-in shower, rainfall showerhead, dual showerhead, soaking tub.
Outdoor Living: Hot tub, sectional seating with sofa, two chairs, coffee table, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, gas grill, firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs.
General: Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior surveillance cameras. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4 guests, no exceptions.

Small family getaway

The house was exactly how it is pictured and has all the essentials. Watch out this time of year for the pollen…it was everywhere, but no complaints on the actual house. Love it and will come back for sure!

Perfect vacation!
by KarenWe wanted a vacation to just chill and be in nature...this was the perfect cabin for that! We only left the cabin twice to see lake and then get Grateful Head pizza. The windows let all the light in, and you can watch the deer walk by. The back porch is great too! It was very clean and comfortable. Can\'t wait to come back.

A Perfect Getaway in Nature
by TracyThis cabin was so cute and the location was quiet and beautiful! We enjoyed our morning nature hikes at Beaver's Bend followed by lunch or shopping in Hochatown (at all of the pet-friendly restaurants and breweries), then spent our afternoons and evenings relaxing at home soaking in the hot tub, watching for deer at sunset, watching movies and playing games in this beautiful space. The cabin had everything we needed, including a comfy bed, gigantic shower with rain head, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We grilled steaks and made our own breakfasts during our stay. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Perfect couple\'s retreat

The upgraded fixtures and amenities made this super comfortable and cozy. We loved the rainfall shower! The bed was very comfortable and had great views of the woods! The back porch is perfect for coffee in the mornings or a cocktail in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a private getaway!

It was close to everything, easily accessible (if you plan to bring a trailer, we recommend backing down the driveway!) and complete with all the necessary items you need to have a great stay. My husband and I spent our days out in the national forest and our nights out on the back deck watching movies and enjoying the critters who ventured out of the woods. Can\'t wait to come back!

The absolute most relaxing cabin to vacation to

I was very suspicious when my wife suggested we stay at a cabin, but WOW, it was an architectural pleasure to see and the inside was designed for someone who needs their amenities like a Huge bath tub and dual rainfall shower heads. It was a very quiet neighborhood and when you wanted to be entertained you have 3 large tv screens, a hot tub, BBQ pit and really nice walking trails. It was very easy to find on google maps even with it being dark.

Peaceful getaway with my wife

The house was clean and cozy. I was hoping for a bit more privacy, but it seems every cabin in the area was close to another. We absolutely loved the shower area. We saw plenty of deer on the property in the early morning hours and at night. I would like to add that the living room area needs pull down shades. The cabin off to the back can see straight into our cabin which had us feeling very uneasy and non private. Noise levels from nearby cabins was obnoxious on some nights with very loud music playing. The outdoor firepit was fantastic. We only used the hot tub once and it was very warm and nice! Most all of your cookware is provided. The bed was super comfy. The road to get to the cabin was suitable enough for a car, however we took my truck just to be safe. Overall it was a good trip, just wish there were shades on the windows and a bit more privacy.

Very Cute Cabin

Ahh well Hochatown is changing and new owners idea of secluded is well, not secluded. Alot of construction going on around us, machinery, concrete trucks, etc. As for the cabin it was great except for a few glitches. No wash cloths, kitchen sink water no pressure until hubby found problem and repaired...I love my handyman....cleaning left a tiny bit to be desired especially when you are paying over $100.00 cleaning fee. Got there an hour early and had to pay extra 25.00 to check in. Good old days of being able to check in a little early if housekeeping is done is apparently over. All in all we loved the cabin. Just not the same anymore. 25th anniversary with no special acknowledgement, again not like the old days, a year ago. When you have high pressure jobs, looking for a place to relax, we look for seclusion and the country. This isn't it. Cabins being built side by side by side. Again, if you're the people who are scared of real seclusion this is it and once again it is adorable! Housekeeping could do better!

Fun Relaxing Week in the Woods

The cabin was very clean and prepped for our arrival. It had everything you would need for a relaxing week in the woods (pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, towels, fireplaces, outdoor fire pit). After a day of hiking at Beavers Bend State Park, it was wonderful relaxing in the soaking bathtub, waterfall shower and spa hot tub. During our rainy day, it was fun enjoying the fireplaces, drinking wine and watching movies. The floor to ceiling picture windows gave us a great view of the woods behind the cabin. The place is beautiful and decorated to perfection. We loved that it was more secluded and private than some of the other cabins in the area. The hot tub was great and it had everything we neededā¦.and the view, well the views were incredible. But the one thing I need on a good vacation is a comfortable bed. This bed was awful. It seemed damaged on the right side with broken springs and was very creaky. It was also very firm. Every time I moved I woke my husband up. Therefore we didnāt sleep much which affected our entire trip. Manager's ResponseI'm sorry that the bed was not to your liking during your stay. Our maintenance team thoroughly inspected the bed after your stay and found no issues with the bed frame or the mattress itself. We also followed up with the guests immediately after your stay and they also reported no issues with the bed or the mattress. Again, apologies that it was not to your personal liking, but the bed was not damaged or broken.

Our family had such a wonderful time staying here! The cabin was the perfect place for my family of 5. The porch is where we spent most of our time there because the weather was pleasant. Love at first sight

This was a last minute early VDau weekend trip that I planned fir my husband.. Iām a frequent traveler with VRBO and when I saw this property I ended my search and booked it immediately. If you are looking for a private getaway with your significant other, then this is THE OONE! Hubby and I went for a much needed getaway by ourselves. Everything was beautiful. We describe the decor as āModern Rusticā. The inside of this cabin is gorgeous and the beautiful walls of wood were unlike the usual cedar color. Huge windows bring in the light and drapes in the bedroom allow you to sleep in. We are foodies and were worried about the kitchen having everything we needed but found we really didnāt want for anything and utilized the grill a lot as well. Since we stayed for just over a week, we did all of our cooking there and āstayed inā. You cannot go wrong to stay here. From the double sided fireplace in the cabin, to the fireplace on the back porch...we went back and forth. Lol. The hot tub was hot and welcoming in the evenings to soothe our old bones. The bed was super comfortable and the linen quality superb. However, we adored the bathroom! Between the two shower heads and the large tub, you can take your pick! Personally, I loved just standing under the rain shower head that is placed high enough (10 foot ceiling in there) for it to actually feel like a rain shower! Perfect Cabin & Location

My husband and I wanted a cute, cozy, quiet place to stay for a relaxing "babymoon" before our daughter is born in a few months. Mini Marshmallow was perfect -- exactly what we were looking for! Inside: -100% clean from top to bottom -Everything you need for kitchen and bathroom -Comfortable furniture -Fireplace was simple and intuitive to turn on and off -Smart TVs were great to have and easy to use -Easy to connect soundbars to your phone for music -Fantastic windows Outside: -Set back off the street a good distance down a little drive -"Neighboring" cabins are far away that you can't actually see them or hear them -- truly great privacy for the area -Plenty of room on the lot surrounding the cabin for you (and your dogs) to run around and explore outside while still feeling secluded -Outdoor fireplace and smart TV under covered porch, both extremely easy to use -Charming fire pit w/ plenty of chopped wood We'll definitely stay here again next time we're back! 10/10 recommend to anyone who's considering booking Mini Marshmallow.Manager's ResponseThank you so much for this fabulous review, Kimberly! Our perfect Winter Getaway

Our stay at the mini marshmellow far exceed our expectations. The Cabin is absolutely beautiful, from the design to the decor everything was perfect! The location was so easy to find ( just keep turning left lol ) Mini Marshmellow is a quick drive to multiple restaurants, breweries , winery's and even a Weinery! However if you don't want to leave ,which we didn't, the patio is AMAZING, Hottub , fireplace , TV & a Bluetooth speaker if you're in the mood for tunes! We wanted a quick easy going relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got! Ashley Bear ( the owner ) is quick to reply and gives perfect information & directions- she even gives you directions if you get lost ! 10/10 would highly recommend! The Mini Marshmallow was as absolute joy to stay at. It is conveniently located in Hochatown. We loved everything about it. It was accurately advertised but the pictures donāt do it justice. Romantic Quaint Getaway

This cabin was right in the heart of Broken Bow. With woods at your back and sunset views itās hard not to fall in love. The jacuzzi just set the mood and the fireplace warmed the conversations. A great Christmas Vacation!

Loved that we could bring the pups along. Beautiful house with gorgeous natural light, a really great patio, and cozy fireplaces. It was great to get away with the kids. Beautiful location! Beautiful cabin decor and vibes. Loved that the bluetooth speakers could be connected inside or outside for music. My favorite part was the deck and hot tub - so relaxing! The only con for me and my group personally was it is pet friendly and there was definitely a lot of pet hair throughout the cabin. I do not have a pet and knew it was pet friendly but still didnt expect to see so much pet hair throughout. Iām so in love with this cabin. Everything was perfect. The owner thought of every detail to ensure a great stay, and the neighborhood was amazing- we took walks everyday to look at all the other cabins. My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at The Mini Marshmallow. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the hot tub and watch tv. Perfect Getaway

All I can say is wow! Coming from the DFW area, I was unsure of what to expect as this was our first time in Broken Bow! Mini Marshmallow was perfectly situated just minutes from breweries, restaurants, bars, shops, and Beavers Bend State Park. The area is fantastic for a getaway of any kind. The cabin itself is a perfect use of space - extremely cozy, clean, and romantic. I surprised my fiance with this vacation for her birthday and she said that it was as if she decorated it herself. We made great use of the hottub, both fireplaces, the grill, and all the other amenities.
